The service

Transoso provides machine translation of live speech. Translations can be wrong, especially for names, technical terms or poor audio. Don't rely on it alone for critical matters (medical, legal…).

Accounts

One Google account per person. Only one tab or device can listen at a time. Don't share accounts.

Free time

5 minutes every 7 days from sign-up, not cumulative. We may change the free allowance and will announce it on this page in advance.

Payments and refunds

Purchased hours never expire. Purchased hours are non-refundable, even if unused.

Current prices are shown on the Pricing page. Price changes don't affect hours you've already bought.

Acceptable use

Don't use Transoso to record or translate people unlawfully or without consent where the law requires it. Don't try to break, bypass limits of, or abuse the service.

Interruptions

We work to keep the service running but can't promise it will never be interrupted. Time lost due to our errors will be credited back if you contact us.
