Privacy policy

What we collect

Your Google account details: email, name and profile picture — to sign you in.

Usage time and purchase history — to calculate your remaining time.

Payment details are handled by our payment providers (SePay, Lemon Squeezy). We never store card numbers.

Audio and transcripts

Audio is relayed to the Soniox speech service for recognition and translation, and the text is sent back to your browser.

We don't store audio, transcripts or translations on our servers. Text lives only in your browser until you close the page, clear it or download it.

AI meeting summaries

Only when you press "Summarize" is the meeting conversation (with speaker names) sent through our server to an AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) to create the summary.

We don't store the conversation or the summary; we only record when a summary was made, to count your allowance.

Third parties

Google (sign-in), Soniox (recognition and translation), SePay and Lemon Squeezy (payments), Anthropic or OpenAI (AI meeting summaries). Each has its own privacy policy.

Cookies

We only use cookies to keep you signed in. No advertising cookies.

Deleting your data

To delete your account and data, contact support@transoso.com. We'll handle it within 7 days.
